Rockin with the Rock Cycle

We are going to travel throughout the rock cycle with a few games. Let's begin.

Here is another site that will challenge your Rock Cycle Trivia. I dare you, take the quiz. Challenge yourself and your student. Guess how many out of 10 will you get correct. Who won?


Now we are going to a virtual museum, Explore each rock classification and observe the different types of rocks in each category. Have you seen any of these rocks before? Walk outside and see if you can find any rocks that look similar to the ones in the photos. Happy hunting. Bring them to class and share them with us this week.
